Work
starts with the timely downloading of voice files over
secure Internet channels, correct distribution of work
to the available manpower, getting the maximum output
from MTs within the specified deadlines, editing and
proofreading of all the transcribed documents in line
with US standards, correct formatting of documents as
per each clients' unique preference/templates and then
finally uploading the documents, securely.

Our
entire process is fully documented, to ensure timely
and accurate billing, and we can provide records for
the client's perusal. We also archive all documents
for the client's record keeping, if required.

have trained manpower in line with US standards in order
